Lolly's career includes the following experience:
Planning and supervising of annual audits, financial statement preparation, consulting and advising clients in developing business and financial plans, mergers and acquisitions, and other areas of business management as well as the development of accounting systems and controls.
Expert witness and consultant to legal counsel in investigations involving financial institutions.
Recruiting responsibilities. Teaching of various accounting classes at Tyler Junior College, Tyler, Texas.
Responsibility for preparation of individual, partnership, and corporate tax returns.
Her experience is heavily concentrated in financial institutions including commercial banks and bank holding companies. Additional experience includes audits in the manufacturing, retail, not for profit, and service industries.
Her professional affiliates include the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas State Board of Public Accountancy, Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Dallas Chapter of Certified Public Accountants. She has served on the Accounting and Auditing Curriculum Committee, the Accounting and Auditing Symposium Committee and the Financial Institutions Committee of the Texas Society of Certified Public Accountants.
